Is now the best time to buy a property? That depends on you. I can help you find your dream home or what best suits your needs and budget. Wherever you need assistance in the process, I'll be there and if I don't have an answer, I'll find it. As every agent I've had in the past 15 years know, I love analyzing the markets, comparing properties and negotiating deals. It would be my honour to do that for you.
Sellers
Is now the best time to sell? That depends on many factors, especially your timeframe. Are you motivated to sell or can you wait patiently for the right buyer and right price?
